How often do you have a fastener or joint design question that is too specific (and too important) to solve through
a web search, but needs a solution more quickly and with less hassle than is possible through the typical quote and
purchase order routine? To fill this glaring need Archetype Joint has introduced their Solutions-On-Demand program.
Solutions-On-Demand
- Call Dave Archer direct at 248 894-2295 with your joining, fastening or joint design question.
- Dave will advise if the question can be answered with the information available. The cost for responding to questions that can be answered immediately or with a brief review of reference material is a flat fee of $75. To enable immediate feedback, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted.
- When additional testing or analysis is required, but the information needed from the client has been provided, a fixed price can be quoted during the call. In most cases a solution can be provided the next business day. When additional information is needed a quote can be provided once the problem and scope of work is understood.
Smaller Business Services
To maximize the efficiency of the time spent on your project, our Smaller Business Services offer:
- Executive Reporting - Because generating detailed and richly formatted reports is time-consuming, our Smaller Business Services offer the option of reporting that highlights results and recommendations. Supporting documentation is attached in appendix form in the format which the data was initially generated.
- Shared Effort - In many situations, a portion of the activities performed during an engagement can be carried out by your resources with input or direction from Archetype Joint. This may not be appealing to clients whose lack of available manpower or the high cost of that manpower led to their seeking outside assistance. However, when the use of internal resources can be justified to reduce the cost of outside services, let us know and we will include options for Shared Effort in our proposal. In addition to lowering contract cost, this arrangement can increase your staff's understanding and "buy-in" of the findings and recommendations resulting from the effort.
- Credit Card Payment - Enjoy the flexibility of payment by Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express without additional fees.
